Terms of Service

Last updated September 11, 2026.

By using Aetherbound, you agree to these terms. If a feature described here isn't open yet, the terms below describe what will apply once it is — they're not in effect for a feature you can't yet use.

What this is

Aetherbound generates and renders 3D scenes — some from a text prompt, some from a photo you provide, some procedurally, with no AI rendering involved. What each route does is described on its own page before you use it.

Age requirement

Aetherbound is intended for users 13 and older. If you're under the age required by your local law to agree to terms like these on your own, use it only with a parent or guardian's involvement.

Your content

Anything you upload or type (a photo, a world prompt) stays yours. We use it only to generate the output you asked for. See the Privacy Policy for what's retained versus deleted per feature.

Experimental and Beta features

"Put Me Back In My Childhood" is marked Experimental. "Put Me Inside a World — Ultra Realistic" is marked Beta. Both are currently gated and open October 10th.

Features marked Experimental or Beta may change, break, or be removed without the notice a stable feature would get. We'll try not to surprise you, but we're not promising the same stability a shipped feature has.

Payments

No payments are processed on Aetherbound today. Where a route shows a credit price, that price does not currently charge anything — gated and Beta features are free to preview. Real billing terms will be published here before any charge goes live.

No fabricated reviews or claims

We don't publish testimonials or reviews we haven't actually received, and we don't claim capabilities a feature doesn't have. If a page says something's live, it's live; if it says Beta or Experimental, treat it as such.

Disclaimer

Aetherbound is provided as-is. AI-generated and AI-reconstructed content is an approximation, not a guaranteed-accurate recreation of any real place, person, or event — this applies especially to the Experimental childhood-reconstruction feature, which fills in details a single photo can't literally contain.

Changes

We may update these terms as real features ship. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page.
